In these terms, "Fuse", "Fuse Energy", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fuse Energy AB.
This shipping policy describes how Fuse Energy handles delivery of orders placed through our website.
Delivery methods and delivery area
Fuse Energy currently delivers orders within the United States, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Delivery is made through the shipping options presented at checkout.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time within the United States is 1-3 business days from when the order has been confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high demand, holidays, transport delays or other circumstances outside Fuse Energy's control.
Shipping cost
Any shipping cost is clearly shown at checkout before the purchase is completed. Fuse Energy may from time to time offer free shipping as part of campaigns or special offers.
Free shipping within the United States for orders over $149.
Tracking
If tracking is included in the selected shipping method, tracking information is sent by email when the order has left our warehouse.
Uncollected packages
If a package is not collected or received according to the stated instructions and is therefore returned to Fuse Energy, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to the actual costs of shipping, return and handling.
Damaged or lost package
If your order is damaged during transport or does not arrive, contact Fuse Energy as soon as possible after receipt or expected delivery. We will help you further in dialogue with the carrier.
Partial deliveries, backorders and non-delivery
If one or more products in your order are temporarily out of stock, or if delivery for another reason cannot take place at the same time, Fuse Energy may split the order and deliver it in multiple shipments to the same delivery address (partial delivery). Partial delivery is made at no extra cost to you, unless otherwise expressly stated in connection with the purchase.
If a product is backordered or delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible with updated delivery information. If we cannot deliver a product within the agreed time, or if a delivery delay is of material importance to you, you have the right to cancel the affected part of the order and receive a refund for the part that cannot be delivered. If the order consists of multiple products, you may choose to keep the products already delivered and cancel the remaining part.
If Fuse Energy cannot deliver your order at all, or if we must cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded for the products that are not delivered.
Force majeure
Fuse Energy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances outside our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics, government decisions or other comparable events.
