Agreement and order

When you complete a purchase on the website, you enter into a binding agreement with Fuse Energy. An order confirmation is sent by email after the order has been placed. Check that the information in the order confirmation is correct.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in prices, product information or availability before the order has shipped.

Fuse Energy reserves the right in individual cases to limit or refuse the sale of products or services, for example based on delivery address, geographic area or availability. Fuse Energy also reserves the right to limit the number of products that can be purchased per order or per customer.

In the event of obvious errors in assortment, price, campaign terms or availability - including technical errors that make products not intended for sale possible to order - Fuse Energy reserves the right to correct or cancel the affected part of the order. In such a case, the customer will be fully refunded for the affected product without delay.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Any shipping costs are added and shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.

We offer payment through the payment methods stated at checkout. Payment is made in connection with the order unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Delivery is made according to the delivery method and delivery times stated at checkout and in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors outside our control.

Risk for the product transfers to you when the product has been delivered.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply - for hygiene and health reasons - to opened or used food products or dietary supplements, including energy products in tablet form.

Complaints

If a product is defective or damaged on delivery, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.

For an approved complaint, Fuse Energy covers costs related to return, replacement or another measure in accordance with applicable law.

Please note that a complaint may be rejected if the defect is not covered by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, for example if the defect is caused by incorrect use, inadequate handling, normal wear or use contrary to the stated instructions. Assessment is made in accordance with applicable law and established practice, including guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmanna reklamationsnamnden, ARN).

Product information and limitation of liability

Fuse Energy sells products in the form of effervescent tablets containing caffeine, L-theanine and vitamins. The products are not medicines and do not replace sleep, rest or a balanced diet. Product effects may vary between individuals. The recommended dose must not be exceeded. The products are not recommended for children, pregnant women, breastfeeding women or people sensitive to caffeine. If you are unsure about use, consult a physician or other medically qualified professional.

Fuse Energy is not responsible for damage or other consequences arising from incorrect use or use contrary to the stated instructions.

Fuse Energy is also not responsible for delays, obstacles or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, fire, pandemics, strikes, government decisions, supplier disruptions, technical problems or other comparable events (force majeure).

We aim for all information, product descriptions and images on the website to be correct and as accurate as possible. Minor differences in color, shape and appearance may occur depending on screen type, photography, lighting conditions and resolution. Fuse Energy reserves the right to sell out products and for any printing or writing errors.

Product recalls

If a product needs to be recalled for any reason, for example for safety or quality-related reasons, Fuse Energy will inform affected customers by email and/or through clear information on the website. In the event of a recall, instructions are provided on how the product should be handled and how any refund or compensation will take place.

Recalls are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and relevant guidelines from competent authorities.

Free products and campaigns

Free products, campaign gifts and other benefits are conditional on the campaign requirements being met. If a return or refund means the conditions are no longer met, Fuse Energy may require the gift to be returned unused or make a deduction corresponding to the gift's value.

Fuse Energy reserves the right to end, change or limit campaigns without prior notice, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy, where you can read more about how we handle your data and what rights you have under GDPR.

Cookies

Fuse Energy uses cookies and similar technologies to make sure the website works correctly, improve the user experience, analyze traffic and enable relevant marketing. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the website.

Fuse Energy may also offer new services, features or resources through the website. Such additions are covered by these general terms unless otherwise stated.

The website may contain links to external websites or services provided by third parties that Fuse Energy does not control. Fuse Energy is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of such external websites, and gives no warranties for products or services offered by third parties.

Fuse Energy is not responsible for damage or losses arising in connection with use of third-party websites or purchases of products or services from third parties. Before completing a transaction with a third party, you should read and make sure you accept their terms and policies.

Any questions, complaints or claims relating to third-party products or services must be directed directly to the relevant provider.

Comments, feedback and other user content

If, at our request or on your own initiative, you submit reviews, feedback, ideas, suggestions, competition entries, survey responses or other material to Fuse Energy, whether through the website, email or another channel, you give Fuse Energy the right to use, edit, publish, distribute and reproduce the material in any medium and context, including on the website and for marketing purposes.

If we publish a product review or similar content, your first name and stated location may be shown in connection with the content. We have no obligation to treat submitted material confidentially, provide compensation for the content or respond to submitted comments.

Fuse Energy reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit or remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading, threatening, defamatory or otherwise contrary to applicable law, third-party rights or these terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark rights, privacy or other personal or commercial rights. The content must not contain unlawful, offensive or misleading material, harmful code or anything else that may negatively affect website functionality.

Prohibited use

In addition to other restrictions stated in these terms, it is not permitted to use the website or its content for purposes that violate law or these terms. It is prohibited, among other things, to use the website for illegal purposes, to encourage others to commit illegal acts or to violate applicable laws, regulations or government decisions.

It is also not permitted to infringe Fuse Energy's or third parties' intellectual property rights, or to harass, abuse, threaten, insult, defame or discriminate against others based on, for example, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, nationality or disability.

You may not provide false, misleading or inaccurate information, spread harmful code such as viruses or other software that may affect website functionality, collect or track others' personal data without lawful basis, or use the website for spam, phishing, scraping or other improper automated data collection.

Furthermore, it is not permitted to use the website for offensive, improper or inappropriate purposes, or to try to bypass, disrupt or manipulate the website's security features or technical protections.

Fuse Energy reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including limiting or terminating access to the website or our services, if these terms are breached.

You may not impersonate someone else, use false contact details or otherwise mislead Fuse Energy or third parties regarding the origin of content. You are solely responsible for the content of your comments and for their accuracy. Fuse Energy takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for content published by users or third parties.

Disputes and applicable law

These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.

In the event of a dispute, Fuse Energy follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmanna reklamationsnamnden, ARN). Disputes may also be handled by a general court in Sweden.
