In these terms, "Fuse", "Fuse Energy", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fuse Energy AB.
We want you to like what you drink. That is why we offer a taste guarantee (the "guarantee"), which means you can get your money back if you do not like any of our flavors - even if packages have been opened.
The taste guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
What the guarantee means
If, after trying our products, you feel that you do not like any flavor at all, you can apply for a refund under the terms below.
Guarantee terms
For the guarantee to apply, all of the following requirements must be met:
- The entire order must be returned, including all products and any gifts included with the order (for example a free bottle).
- You may have opened a maximum of one tube per flavor, and no more than three tablets per flavor may have been used.
- The product may only have been used for the purpose of trying the flavor.
- You must contact Fuse Energy and request to use the guarantee no later than 14 days from the date the order was placed.
- The return shipping cost of $49 is deducted from the refund.
- The return must be sent after contacting Fuse Energy via hello@fuseenergy.se and according to the instructions we provide.
Gifts and accessories
If gifts, such as bottles, were included with the order, they must be returned together with the other products.
If the campaign gift is not returned with the order return, or is returned used, opened or damaged, Fuse Energy reserves the right to deduct the gift's regular value from the refund.
Refund
When the return has been received and approved, the order amount is refunded according to the terms above. The refund is made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Limitations
The guarantee applies:
- only to private customers
- only once per customer
- only for first-time purchases
- only for purchases through Fuse Energy's website
The guarantee cannot be combined with other special refund or compensation offers.
The guarantee applies exclusively to Fuse Energy products in the form of tubes with effervescent tablets. The guarantee does not cover single packs, portion packs or so-called sachets, regardless of format, size or design, and also does not cover outer packaging, boxes or cartons in which the products are delivered.
Misuse
Fuse Energy reserves the right to reject the taste guarantee in cases of suspected misuse or if the terms above are not met.
